About Me
Jack S'ng read law at the University of the West of England, Bristol before graduating in 2004, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2005. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2006. The following year, he commenced practice as an associate with LHAG.

Since then, his primary area of practice has consisted of general civil and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on banking litigation and corporate insolvency. He has represented financial institutions, liquidators, and receivers and managers in contentious debt recovery cases. Jack S'ng has handled claims against financial institutions, issues arising in receiverships and liquidations as well as corporate and debt restructuring including schemes of arrangements and capital reduction.

He also has experience in advising and acting for clients in regulatory and statutory compliance matters, and quasi-criminal prosecutions. Jack S'ng is also involved in public interest litigation and legal profession disciplinary matters.
