About Me

Ramón is Senior Associate and in particular advises clients in the areas Antitrust, IP/IT and M&A with a sector focus on Telecommunications, Media and Technology.

Ramón Glaßl was admitted to the Frankfurt am Main Bar Association in 2011 and has been at Schalast since 2012. He advises clients in the areas IP/IT, Antitrust, and M&A, especially with regard to transactions in the new digital world and the respective IP/IT issues. He has a sector focus on Telecommunications, Media, and Technology, and is a member of the practice groups "IP, Media & Technology" and "M&A".

Ramón Glaßl studied law at the University of Konstanz, with a focus on German and European market law, in particular German and European Intellectual property and antitrust law. His legal training included internships at an IP-law boutique in Düsseldorf and at the state competition authority for energy matters at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf.

In 2014 he completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in the area of M&A. Since March 2015 he is a certified Specialist for Intellectual Property Rights.

Ramón Glaßl publishes and gives lectures on current topics of his advisory focus on a regular basis. He is a member of Deutsche Anwaltverein e.V., Frankfurter Anwaltsverein e.V., Arbeitsgemeinschaft Geistiges Eigentum und Medien im DAV (Regionalgruppenleiter), Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V., as well as Eintracht Frankfurt e.V.
