Mr. Vergara del Carril serves as Of Counsel in our general corporate practice, with focus on capital markets, banking and finance, M&A, corporate restructuring and antitrust law.
Prior to joining our firm in 2006, Mr. Vergara del Carril had an extensive career in Cárdenas, Di Ció, Romero & Tarsitano (1992-2006), Cassagne & Associates (1984-1991), Acindar S.A. (1975-1983) and Bunge & Born (1962-1975). He was also an external legal advisor of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange (2002-2006) and an alternate arbitrator of the General Arbitration Tribunal of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
