About Me
Partner at Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados, he leads the Arbitration, Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. He specializes in civil and commercial law, with special emphasis on contracts, commercial societies and bankruptcy.
Mr. Ferrario is President and Permanent Member of the General Arbitration Tribunal of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and he is a Former Judge and Clerk of the Commercial Justice of the City of Buenos Aires. He is also Head Professor of Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy Law, and Head Professor of Economic Law and Negotiable Instruments at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He also teaches Corporate Business and Contracts at the Law School of the Universidad de Misiones.
Mr. Ferrario is author of numerous articles and books on bankruptcy law and trusts. He has a law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1969) and a Specialization in Corporate Law from Universidad Católica Argentina (1971).
In 2016 Mr. Ferrario was distinguished with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his academic activities in the field of Law for the department of Economic Sciences within the University of Buenos Aires.
