In his long career, Mr. Bergel has been President of the Supreme Court of Justice of La Pampa province; member of the Commission appointed by the Executive Branch of the Federal Government to write the text of the law of Arbitration and Conciliation in civil and commercial conflicts; member of the Commission in charge of writing the text of the Bankrupcy Law, appointed by the Ministry of Justice (1992); member of the Commission appointed by the Executive Branch of the Federal Government to write the text of the Code of Obligations (Decree 468/92); co-writer of the Enterprise Statute for the Mercosur (within the Agreement CONICET-CNR of Italy); and member of the Commission appointed by the Ministry of Justice to write the Commercial Societies Law (2002).
