About Me

I work primarily within Company Law, where I am a part of Advokatgruppen’s Company Law Team. I also work on employment and industrial cases, where I represent mostly employers, but also employees.

I therefore manage in corporate foundations and conversions, business transfers, advice on general corporate law, advising employers and employees, drafting employment contracts for civil servants, other employees and directors, as well as any tasks arising from the needs our clients may have that are covered within my specialties.

Furthermore, I regularly conduct many litigation cases in the above and in other legal areas which, through my time with Advokatgruppen as an assistant Attorney and Attorney, have provided me with a great deal of experience in bringing court proceedings.

Finally, I handle many international cases, where I have assisted with the reconstruction of several Danish companies’ branches and subsidiaries, especially in aspects of employment law.

Through my work for many large and smaller companies, I have gained insight into entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial environment, especially within Horsens, where I also participate within numerous business networks.
