Partner at Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados since 1992, Mr. Quintana has profound knowledge and expertise in corporate law, M&A, real estate agribusiness and sports law. Throughout his career at ZBV, he has been involved in the main real estate deals in Argentina, including acquisition, commercial development and financing of the country's largest shopping malls. He has also participated in important M&A transactions and agribusiness deals with local and international companies.
In recent years Juan has advised the Unión Argentina de Rugby and continues to do so, and is very much involved in the stages of the sports professionalization in the country and abroad.
