About Me
I am a partner in the Guildford residential property team. I joined Penningtons Manches when the firm merged Walker Martineau in 2000 and have more than 30 years' experience over a broad range of real estate matters.

I have looked after the property interests of landowners, investors, institutions and charities as well as individuals and now spend most of my time providing a bespoke service for clients buying high value homes in London and the country.

I frequently work with the private client teams on trusts and offshore structures and also advise on leasehold enfranchisement. I hold a number of trusteeships and am affiliated to the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
