About Me
Charles is a consultant solicitor in the corporate team of the Business Services Division at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP. He qualified in 1980.
Charles was chair of Multilaw from 2013 to 2015 and was Regional Chair for 10 years up to 2012. He is a member of the Former Chairs Committee and has responsibility for the Global Office overview, having served earlier on the Board and the Rules and Governance Committee for many years.

He specialises in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations and start-ups and has a particular interest in legal and business structures. He acts as advisor to a number of the firm's charitable clients, which is supplemented by his experience on several charity trustee boards.
