About Me
Commercial law is my area of expertise and interest. I work within Company Law, business transfers, mergers (and demergers), Construction Law, as well as business contracts.
As an adviser, I work closely with many companies, big and small, and I have the pleasure of participating on several company boards.
My competitive spirit is satisfied through the conduct of many civil and arbitration cases (for companies, public authorities, etc). I conduct proceedings at all courts all over the country (city courts, The High Courts of Western and Eastern Denmark, the Maritime and Commercial Court, and finally, the Supreme Court). My interest and expertise in conducting and judicial and arbitration cases has led me to be appointed as a censor for the Lawyer’s exam in proceedings and litigation. Moreover, I am a censor in Construction Law at the VIA University.
Aside from this, I also have an interest in real estate. I mainly advise on the purchasing and selling of real estate. In the same context, I have accumulated extensive experience within field development and project sales.
As an advisory of companies can span many legal fields, I greatly benefit from my close cooperation with my colleagues here at Advokatgruppen. Business owners often need advice within private legal matters. It requires special insight and competence when advising on matters such as ownership transfer when dealing with inheritance, separate property, etc.
