Sergiusz Urban
About Me
Sergiusz Urban is a lawyer, counsel and the head of Environmental Law Team at WKB. He is a specialist in environmental law and policies of the European Union and Poland and advisor on EU funds in relation to environmental protection requirements. He is also an academic lecturer and a speaker at numerous conferences and training events on the subject of environmental protection and an author of numerous specialized and popular science publications. Mr. Urban advises on domestic and foreign businesses and public entities on Polish and EU environmental law, nature preservation law and geological and mining law including waste management, gas and dust emissions, water management, sewage disposal, soil and land quality, noise protection, protection against electromagnetic exposure, and environmental impact assessments.
