About Me
Mr. Shi is a partner of JunHe and practices at our Beijing office.

Mr. Shi has a broad corporate, compliance and antitrust practice with particular experience in inbound and outbound M&A, corporate compliance and cartel investigation work. He has also developed specialist expertise in the energy, natural resources, infrastructure, agriculture and internet sectors. He also serves as an Ombudsman for multinational companies in their compliance matters throughout China.

Mr. Shi is a lecturer at the China University of Geosciences in mining and investment law and is also a faculty member at the Multilaw Academy since 2009. He is an executive editor of the firm’s journal.
