Partner at Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados, Laura Barbosa specializes in general corporate law and is in charge of the department of Corporate Affairs. As team leader she acts in most of the deals involving incorporation of local and foreign companies, coordination of due diligence proceedings for the acquisition of local companies, development and implementation of strategies for corporate reorganizations, focus on strategies for business decision process, corporate contracts among others.
Before joining ZBV Abogados in 2008, Laura Barbosa spent 12 years at Grupo Consolidar.
She has a law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1999) and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from the same University. She also has specializations in Trusts (Universidad Austral, 2007), Finances for Corporate Lawyers (CEDEF, 2007), Corporate Law (Universidad Austral, 2005), Problems of the Modern Enterprise (Universidad Austral, 2005), and Labor Law (Universidad Austral, 2003).
