Eoghan is a partner specialising in corporate and commercial matters.
Eoghan’s key practice areas include M&A and corporate disposals, private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, corporate governance and compliance, corporate disputes, commercial contracts, intellectual property and corporate advisory work.
Eoghan heads up the crowdfunding group at Philip Lee. Eoghan advises crowdfunding platforms and companies raising finance through crowdfunding. He regularly publishes articles and insights on the area and has had a number of public speaking engagements including on Ireland’s national broadcaster, RTE.
Eoghan has a keen interest in and regularly works with early stage and start-up companies. As part of our dedicated high potential start-up group at Philip Lee, Eoghan works with some of the most exciting and high growth start-ups in Ireland. He also provides legal training and support to early stage companies in various accelerator programmes throughout Dublin, including as part of Enterprise Ireland’s New Frontiers Programme.
Eoghan advises third level institutions on matters such as corporate governance, company law, intellectual property and spin-out projects.
His corporate transactional work regularly has an international focus. Recently he has advised on cross-border mergers, transatlantic joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and international commercial contracts.
