About Me
Graduate from the Lima University. Graduate from the Master’s in Business Law from the Lima University. He has a Master’s Degree in International and Comparative Law from the Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas), 1999. Participated at Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas. He obtained the special recognition as a Member of the Research Corps in Residence 2001 of Southwestern Legal Foundation, Academy of American and International Law, 1995 (Dallas, Texas). He is a Fullbright Scholarship. Speaker in numerous local and international Energy events on M&A in Peru.

He has a vast experience in matters related to the various stages and modes of the energy and mining business, mergers and acquisitions and shows strategic thinking, creativity, negotiation, analytical capacity to foster and manage changes.

He was a trainee lawyer with the law firm Sidley & Austin in New York, 1992, on legal, business and financial matters, especially focused in Latin American affairs.

At present, he is recognized by the main international rankings like Chambers & Partners, Who’s who legal, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer, amongst others, as one of the leading partners in the Peruvian energy sector.
