About Me
Gregor Wedell is a partner and head of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises companies, their decision-makers and shareholders in the context of company sales as well as on corporate law issues in the reorganization and restructuring of corporate groups. One focus is advising in international contexts.

He has extensive experience in advising the various stakeholders in M&A transactions as well as in the formation, reorganization and restructuring of corporate groups and successfully represents the interests of his clients in court; advising clients in an international context is one of his key practice areas. He has also developed special expertise in setting-up and monitoring distribution systems for professional associations and companies.

Gregor Wedell is the Multilaw Contact Partner of Schalast & Partners and Multilaw vice chair for the EMEA region. He acts as legal counsel for the Association of Harley Davidson dealers and is member of the supervisory boards of several SMEs.

Education
Gregor Wedell, born in Freiburg/Breisgau, studied law and legal English at the universities of Tübingen, Bielefeld and Cologne. He completed the postgraduate “European and International Commercial Law” program at the University of Bielefeld and earned a Master of Laws Degree in M&A at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
