About Me
Thomas Lee is a senior partner of Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill. With 53 years of experience in banking, finance and corporate law, he has been involved in many major joint ventures, corporate restructurings, schemes of arrangement and listings. Thomas has also advised on matters involving project finance as well as corporate loans and syndications.

He was a member of the ad hoc panel of arbitrators at the 1998 and 2002 Commonwealth Games and at the 2000, 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.

He sits on the boards of a number of major Malaysian corporates, and the Malaysian subsidiaries of international entities. He advises the firm's partners on particularly complex areas of law.
