Jürg E. Hartmann's practice is focused on corporate, commercial and contract law, including M&A, stock exchange and capital market law. He acts both as a counsel and as member of the board of directors for various companies as well as foundations with business activities and pension funds. In connection with this main-practice area he advises also in restructuring transactions of corporations and cartel aspects connected therewith and in succession planning of companies.
