How do we ensure quality?

Admission Criteria

Multilaw member firms are carefully chosen.  To be invited to membership, a firm must not only have the highest standards of ethics and professionalism but must be well known it its jurisdiction and be able to service the full needs of the typical international business client. As part of the joining process a firm is required to complete a membership application questionnaire and is visited by a member of the Multilaw Board. Only after successfully completing this process is a firm invited to join.

Ongoing Quality Control

In addition to the rigorous due diligence process which is applied to firms before they join the network, Multilaw has an appraisal system in place which ensures that only member firms who are able to meet certain standards are permitted to maintain their membership. This means clients can be certain that they receive the same high quality legal advice and level of service from every Multilaw firm. Under this process, each Multilaw firm is reviewed every three years on an on-going basis.  To meet this demanding schedule, we review approximately 6 firms each quarter, in alphabetical order.
