Jelena Uzelac Vasic

Founder & Chief Change Consultant - What’s Next? Change Design Consultancy

Comprehensive business professional and consultant, with strong academic background and experience in business strategy, organisational culture and people development, marketing and brand. An author of a specific "new age" methodology for business and personal growth - "What's Next? The 5th Element of Change". A passionate lecturer, writer and executive leadership coach.

Working with various industries and sizes of companies and teams over the past 15 years, she has acquired the knowledge and skills to fully adapt her work approach to the individual client. Together with clients, Jelena answers their key strategic question, What's Next?, creates a path to reach that destination and remains a continuous support along the way.

Member of the Serbian Association of Managers SAM.

Change, as the only constant, is her key driver in a personal and professional sense. She believes that What's Next? is a question that everyone must have an answer to, every day.

 

Alexandra Neilan

Co-founder of Health is Wealth

Alexandra is a scientist, health coach and co-founder of Health is Wealth Group; a corporate well-being and health tech company that empowers people to take ownership of their health through preventative strategies. She has a BSc in Human Biology, postgraduate diplomas in Nutrition and Natural Medicine and is currently conducting research at IoPPN Kings College London towards an MSc in Neuroscience.

Srdjan Dejanovic

Founder at Legal Transformers

Srdjan is an entrepreneur in the field of legal transformation, with a track record of creating services, products, ventures, communities and ecosystems working to challenge the status quo in the legal industry, and move towards shaping a better legal profession for future generations.

As the founder of Legal Transformers and a Co-Founder of GapApp, he is working closely with top tier law firms globally, the Big 4, and prominent legal tech service providers, to develop and implement innovative tech-based business models, strategies and solutions in the legal industry.

Srdjan is the creator of PwC’s Legal Transformation Programme, and a consultant for Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). As a Blockchain Policy consultant for the Securities Commission, he was a part of the workgroup that drafted the Digital Assets Act, officially adopted by the Serbian Parliament on 17th of December 2020. He also serves as a Director of the European Legal Tech Association (ELTA) for Southeast Europe.

Jorn Vanysacker

Jorn Vanysacker is a versatile technology professional with a decade of experience in various industries, including HR and legal tech.

Jorn's leadership abilities were showcased during his time as the CMO at Intuo, which was proudly acquired by Unit4 in 2019.

In 2020, he joined forces with his co-founders, Gilles and Wouter to bring their combined expertise to life and create Henchman, The fastest contract drafting experience ever made. The company has already made a significant impact, attracting over 100 satisfied customers across 15 countries and growing at a rapid pace.

Vladimir Vulic

Digital transformation strategist; Co-founder and President, Digitalizuj.Me

 

Vladimir, better known as Vanja to his friends, is an independent digital transformation strategist working with organisations both large and small on navigating the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital age.

His clients are global and regional brands across multiple sectors including telecommunications, government, pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail, tourism, FMCG (CPG), and advertising. He has done work for clients such as United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Government of Montenegro, Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA), m:tel Montenegro (member of Telekom Serbia group), Publik (for Alkaloid Skopje), ICT Hub Belgrade.

Vanja has an extensive experience in delivering training programs for clients including The Coca-Cola Company (Serbian Operations), Roche, AstraZeneca, Visa, Trebjesa Brewery Niksic (a Molson Coors Company), Crnogorski Telekom (member of Deutsche Telekom Group), Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), Erste Bank Serbia, S-Leasing Serbia, UniCredit Bank, Addiko Bank Serbia, NLB Bank Banja Luka, Delhaize Serbia, Bambi, British Embassy Belgrade, UNICEF Youth Innovation Laboratory Montenegro, UNIQA Montenegro, GRAWE insurance, Triglav Insurance, Telemach Montenegro, Direct Media Montenegro, British Council Montenegro, and GIZ Office Serbia (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit).

Vanja is the co-founder and the President of Digitalizuj.Me, a non-governmental organisation helping citizens and organisations in Montenegro to understand and realise new opportunities for social change and business in the digital environment. Digitalizuj.Me has successfully implemented many innovative projects in collaboration with UNDP Montenegro, UNICEF Montenegro, World Health Organization Country Office in Montenegro, U.S. Embassy Podgorica, British Embassy Podgorica, East West Management Institute, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Crnogorski Telekom (member of Deutsche Telekom group)... Digitalizuj.Me was for five years the implementing partner of Youth Innovation Lab in Montenegro, called „Kreaktivator“, a UNICEF initiative funded by ING, and implemented in cooperation with Ministry of Education.
