Please note that registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received therefore do not book travel until you have received confirmation of your registration from the Multilaw Global Office.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Whilst no refunds are permitted for cancellations, registration fees for the conference may be transferred from one member of a firm to another member of the same firm at any time up to the date of the conference.

Transfers of registration fees can only be made to a new registrant and may not be used as credit to offset fees owed by another registrant.

Please note the above strict cancellation policy applies in all circumstances including anything related to COVID -19. 

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

If you booked accommodation at the Hilton Belgrade Hotel using the Multilaw group block, you can cancel your booking without charge up to 90 days prior to arrival. After this time cancellation charges will apply which are detailed on the booking link front page. Please note your contract is directly with the Hilton Belgrade Hotel upon booking and not Multilaw.

Visa Requirements

Please check whether you require a visa to enter Serbia. If you require a visa, please ensure that you organise this as soon as possible.
