Dinner at Sala Rim Naam

Please arrive at Sala Rim Naam at 18.30. A shuttle boat runs from the Mandarin Oriental continuously.

Dress code: Smart - Ladies are kindly asked to wear elegant attire and proper footwear, and gentlemen are kindly asked to wear a smart shirt, long trousers and closed shoes. 

Lying across the river from the hotel, Sala Rim Naam is housed in a richly decorated pavilion built in the traditional Northern Thai style. It serves traditional Thai cuisine and a classical Thai dance show performed every night at 7:45pm. Sala Rim Naam is the setting for a unique cultural experience.

Closing Reception Dinner at Never Ending Summer

Please meet at the Mandarin Oriental moor at 17.30 to board the boat. The boat will promptly depart at 18.00.

Dress code: Smart Casual

For the Closing Dinner, we will first board a boat and travel up the river whilst enjoying drinks, canapes and views. We will then arrive at the Never Ending Summer, located in a re-purposed warehouse, this restaurant has a stylish and modern atmosphere. This venue, serving typical Thai dishes with a contemporary twist, will be a great way to end our conference.

Optional Tour

Join us for the optional tour on Sunday 28th October to the Ayutthaya Province,  where we will enjoy a short elephant ride around the old city and visit a historic temple.  We will then enjoy lunch on the private boat ride back to the Mandarin Oriental Pier. The rest of the morning is spent exploring the breathtaking temple-studded landscapes and you will have an opportunity to visit one of the highlighted temples:

Wat Mahathat - where the Buddha face is naturally emerged out of the tree
Wat Chaiwattanaram - featuring the  architectural style influenced by Angkor temple in Cambodia, also enjoy a short elephant ride around this charming historical city
