What is included

Registration fee includes your chosen all-inclusive accommodation at Hideaway, Royalton Saint Lucia plus:

  • Attendance at all working sessions
  • All conference materials
  • Coffee breaks on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd April 
  • Private Drinks Reception and Dinner on the beach on Thursday 20th April 
  • All other meals set out in the social programme are included in your all-inclusive fee 
  • Private boat tour on Saturday 22nd April to Soufriere

Companion fee includes:

  • Private Drinks Reception and Dinner on the beach on Thursday 20th April 
  • All other meals set out in the social programme are included in your all-inclusive fee if you select a 2 person suite on the registration page
  • Private boat tour on Saturday 22nd April to Soufriere

Important Registration Information

  • You can only attend the conference by paying the all in one registration fee which includes the accommodation.
  • Companions can only attend the conference if you have chosen a 2 person suite on the registration page AND you have the Companion Registration Fee option added to your cart.
  • Please ensure you book for the correct number of persons for your accommodation. Non-hotel guests are not permitted on the property and the prices are per person not per room.
  • If you require additional accommodation nights at the hotel, please state the dates you require where asked on the registration form page and you will be contacted once availability has been checked.
