Notice

Please note that registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received therefore do not book travel until you have received confirmation of your registration from the Multilaw Global Office.

Alterations to Accommodation Bookings

Please note that hotel accommodation bookings cannot be changed to reduce booked nights or room occupancy after 17 February 2023.

Registration & Accommodation Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is received by the Multilaw Global Office on or before 19 December 2022, registration fees will be refunded less 50%.
If the cancellation is received by the Multilaw Global Office on or before 17 February 2023, registration fees will be refunded less 60%.
If the cancellation is received by the Multilaw Global Office on or before 20 March 2023, registration fees will be refunded less 75%.

Cancellations received after 20 March 2023 will not be eligible for any refund of registration fee.

Registration fees for the conference may be transferred from one member of a firm to another member of the same firm (without deduction) at any time up to 30 days prior (20 March 2023) to the conference. Transfers of registrations cannot be accepted after 20 March 2023.


Please note the above strict cancellation policy applies to the accommodation at Royalton Saint Lucia as well as the standard conference registration fee and applies to all circumstances including force majeure and anything related to COVID -19. 

Visa Requirements

Please check whether you require a visa to enter Saint Lucia. If you require a visa, please ensure that you organise this as soon as possible.

COVID Statement

For the protection of all delegates, to attend the meeting we are exercising an honour system. Please only register to attend if:

  • You have received two vaccinations against the COVID 19 virus with a WHO recognised vaccine, at least three weeks prior to attendance at the meeting; or
  • you have a negative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) or lateral flow/rapid antigen test result not more than 72 hours before the meeting begins

Any costs incurred for vaccinations and tests are the responsibility of the delegate.
You travel at your own risk, and you agree that Multilaw cannot be held responsible if you contract COVID during or after returning from the meeting.
