The welcome reception will take place from 7:00pm in the Hithe+Seek Bar at the Conference hotel. We have exclusive use of the bar which enjoys river views overlooking the Shakespeare's Globe and Tate Modern Gallery. Heavy canapés and bowl food will be available.
Dress code: Smart casual
Please pop-in at a time that suits you between 7:00pm and 11:00pm!

Networking Reception
Evening drinks and canapés with live musical entertainment provided by gypsy swing jazz trio 'Swing Train 42' and a farewell to Charles Brooks at Pennington Manches Cooper's hospitality space.

Guided Tour - Tate Modern Gallery
We will have a guided tour around one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary art in the world. (Please note the gallery will be open to the public at this time).

7:15pm - 1:00am

Closing Gala Dinner - Aqua at The Shard
We have exclusive hire of the Aqua restaurant located on the 31st floor of The Shard, one of the tallest buildings in Europe, with panoramic views across the London skyline. The evening will start with a champagne reception followed by a three course meal. The party will continue after dinner with cocktails and dancing until late!
