Please note that registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received therefore do not book travel until you have received confirmation of your registration from the Multilaw Global Office.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is received by the Multilaw Global Office on or before 19 August, registration fees will be refunded less 25%.

Cancellations received after 19 August will not be eligible for any refund of registration fee. Whilst no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 19 August registration fees for a particular conference may be transferred from one member of a firm to another member of the same firm (without deduction of the aforementioned 25%) at any time up to the date of that conference.

Transfers of registration fees made after 19 August can only be made to a new registrant and may not be used as credit to offset fees owed by another registrant as of 19 August.

Please note the above strict cancellation policy applies in all circumstances including force majeure and anything related to COVID -19. 

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

If you booked accommodation at the Westin London City Hotel using the Multilaw group block, you can cancel your booking without charge up until 61 days prior to arrival. Credit cards on file will be pre-charged 60 days prior to arrival by the hotel and will be 100% non-cancellable & non-changeable from this time. Please note your contract is directly with the Westin Hotel upon booking and not Multilaw.

COVID Statement

For the protection of all delegates, to attend the meeting we are exercising an honour system. Please only register to attend if:

• You have received two vaccinations against the COVID 19 virus with a WHO recognised vaccine, at least three weeks prior to attendance at the meeting; or
• you have a negative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) or lateral flow/rapid antigen test result not more than 72 hours before the meeting begins

Any costs incurred for vaccinations and tests are the responsibility of the delegate.
You travel at your own risk, and you agree that Multilaw cannot be held responsible if you contract COVID during or after returning from the meeting.
