Successful meeting at IPBA in New Delhi
Thanks to the hospitality of Rohit Kochhar a number of Multilaw Asia Pacific Regional meeting attendees gathered informally with a host of other IPBA Conference delegates at the Kochhar residence in New Delhi for dinner on Tuesday the 28th of February. The next day 24 delegates attended the Multilaw Regional Meeting at the Taj Mahal Hotel including one observer from Indonesia. Rohit Kochhar presented on his firm’s Client Satisfaction Programme, Adam Cooke gave an insight as to where Multilaw currently stood in relation to its competitors, William Barker outlined some thinking about the introduction of a Firm Appraisal System within the Association and Mark Lowndes demonstrated how Multilaw member firms can leverage the network to benefit their individual business development goals. The meeting was chaired by Lui Ratprasatporn who remarked that there was a strong feeling within the Region for the Multilaw Asia Pacific Regional Meeting to be held in conjunction with the IPBA Annual Conference in future. On the evening of Friday 3rd of March we all gathered at the Ashok Hotel together with firms who were interested in joining the Association and other Multilaw friends for drinks before the main IPBA Gala dinner. Those in New Delhi are already looking forward to Seoul next year.
