Multilaw Wins Award

Commencing in 2009 the Friends of Canada Awards have been established in conjunction with the City of Calgary and the Government of Canada to provide support to ten organisations per annum to enable them to boost their activities in the coming year. 

Ten organisations are offered the award based on their record as being the leader in their field in Alberta and Miller Thomson LLP was the recipient of one such award. 

In recognising that industries and fields are interconnected and that the local award winner is often part of an international network or association, the awards also recognise the leadership role that the international association which a local entity maybe part of plays in the development of their industry or field, hence Multilaw also received an award in the form of a CA$5,000 research package which was presented to Adam Cooke, Multilaw's Business Development Manager at a reception at Canada House, London in October.
