Business Transactions Practice Group meet in New York - Oct 09

The Business Transactions Group met in New York in October 2008 and was attended by approximately 25 delegates and by a representative of M&A International, a network analogous to Multilaw that is comprised of investment banking firms from around the world.  Representatives of M&A International member firms from Brazil, Germany, Mexico and the USA spoke at the conference regarding the way their network operates to generate transactions involving its members.
