DELHI OFFICE

The State of Delhi is the seat of the Government and the capital of the Republic of India. All Central Government Ministries including the Foreign Investment Promotion Board are located in New Delhi. The first presence established by Kochhar & Co. was in New Delhi and the Delhi Office is also the largest of the six full service offices of the Firm. During the last decade, the Delhi presence of Kochhar & Co. has grown rapidly to become one of the largest corporate law firms in India’s capital. GURGAON OFFICE

Gurgaon or the Millennium City, as it is often referred to, is located in the National Capital Region. It has rapidly developed into a new major business district on the outskirts of Delhi. During the last few years, Gurgaon has attracted sizeable investment from several multinational corporations, large Indian business houses as well as Non-Resident Indians. The Gurgaon office provides comprehensive legal advice and support to its clients, many of whom are leading players in the banking, finance, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, telecom, automotive, manufacturing, real estate and IT Sectors. ATLANTA OFFICE

TOKYO OFFICE

The Tokyo office provides full service legal support to major Japanese corporations in the areas of corporate law, litigation, labor and employment law, taxation, real estate and intellectual property. Kochhar & Co.'s expertise in representing Japanese clients is evident from the fact that almost 25% of the Firm's revenues come from Japanese clients alone and the Firm has represented more than 100 prominent Japanese corporations on various and diverse aspects of Indian laws. We recently became India’s first law firm to obtain a foreign lawyer registration approval from the Ministry of Justice in Japan to enable Kochhar & Co. to practice Indian law in Tokyo

DUBAI OFFICE

The Firm has recently established a presence in Dubai where we are in the process of procuring a license to practice local law in our own name. This will make us the first Indian law firm to procure such an approval from the Government of Dubai

JEDDAH AND RIYADH OFFICES

In Saudi Arabia, Kochhar & Co. has commenced operations in Jeddah and Riyadh in partnership with the Law Firm of Dr. Khalid Alnowaiser (LFKAN), KSA's most dynamic and progressive legal enterprise. Founded in the year 1996, LFKAN provides full service corporate, litigation and arbitration services that are designed to meet the critical legal needs of multinational corporations and private investors with investments and business operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. LFKAN is staffed by resident Saudi Arabian and international attorneys qualified in international law, Islamic Sharia and the Middle East legal system.

The Kochhar-Alnowaiser alliance endeavours to provide support to Indian investors in all aspects of their operations in KSA – from a legal as well as practical perspective. In addition to providing a full service legal assistance to Indian clients investing in new projects and establishing a business presence in the KSA, the Kochhar-Alnowaiser consortium would also represent Indian companies in resolving commercial disputes through an alternate mechanism of arbitration
