Polsinelli’s Intellectual Property Practice Expands to Meet Client Needs

We are very pleased to welcome 44 highly experienced attorneys from boutique Intellectual Property firm, Novak Druce.  This expansion brings our national Intellectual Property Practice to a total of more than 120 attorneys, as well as 12 patent agents and scientists, making our group now among the largest and deepest in the country.

Polsinelli welcomed this group in order to provide an even broader platform to meet our clients’ demand for sophisticated counsel on complex IP matters and post grant legal services.  The new attorneys who have joined our firm, including Novak Druce named partners Greg Novak and Tracy Druce, will handle a variety of strategic IP matters across several industries, including engineering, chemistry, software and medical devices. They will also add further support to our already strong pharmaceutical, start-up and high-tech client bases.

With the addition of new offices in Houston and Boston, our geographic footprint will expand to a total of 19 cities.  The downtown Houston office will complement our growing Texas presence in Dallas, and in Boston, we will serve the region’s thriving biotech, medical device and health care needs.

Building upon Polsinelli’s ranking as one of four IP Litigation Powerhouses in the 2016 BTI Litigation Outlook report, the addition of this group to our exceptional IP and IP Litigation team promises to make 2016 an exciting year.  We appreciate your business, and thank you for your continued partnership.
