Multilaw moves to new online referral reporting system
Multilaw has now moved to a new online referral reporting system which is housed on a secure area of the Multilaw website. The main reason behind the new system is to enable more accurate data capture including (where possible) actual billing values, client names, industry sectors etc. This information will be of benefit to member firms not only for their own internal reporting but also to provide better opportunities for cross-selling through the network.
From 1 September 2015, only online referrals will be accepted and firms will no longer send referrals via email. It is a firm’s responsibility to ensure that referrals are logged correctly and moved along the cycle. Full training is currently being offered to all member firms and a user guide is available for download in the referrals area for those individuals with referral access for their firms.
