Competition Commission of India Guidelines, 2015


The Competition Commission of India (‘CCI’), has recently issued the Competition Commission of India (Competition Assessment of Legislations and Bills) Guidelines, 2015. The Guidelines will come into effect on 1 January 2016.

The attached article intends to provide a brief overview of the Guidelines, as proposed by the CCI.

Technology Law Advisory
